At Sparta Power Equipment, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

1. Processing & Shipping Time

  • We are committed to dispatching your orders as quickly as possible. The estimated shipping time is 6 to 11 days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on product availability and the time of year.

    Order Processing Time

    • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

    • Last Order Time: Orders placed after 6:00 p.m. (EST – Eastern Standard Time, USA) will be processed on the next business day.

    Delivery Time

    • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery takes 5-9 business days (Monday to Friday).

    • Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

    • Shipping may take longer than expected due to equipment availability.

    • We will keep customers updated throughout the process and provide tracking details once the order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely, including:

  • FedEx, UPS, and USPS for standard packages

  • Freight shipping for large equipment and trailer setups

  • Local pickup may be available upon request

3. Delays & Order Updates

  • In the event of unexpected delays, we will keep you updated on your order status via email, phone, or text.

  • If an item is backordered or delayed, you will be notified as soon as possible with an estimated delivery timeframe.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item’s size, weight, and destination.

  • Some larger items may require special freight shipping with additional fees.

  • Products between $0.01 – $5,000 offer free shipping.
  • Products that are $5,001 and up require a shipping price that may vary from $1,000 and up. Please contact us for additional information on this. 

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at 478-955-8597 with photos of the damage.

  • If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but Sparta Power Equipment is not responsible for carrier-related delays or lost shipments.
